You understand and agree the content of this policy once you have purchased or accepted to promote any of our products.

- Please take into your consideration that for any refund requested, the reimbursed amount should be the Price of the item(s) you initially paid for minus our payment processor's fees. These fees are equal to 4% of the purchased item's price plus an additional fixed cost of 2 Euro. Example: If you purchased an item for 10 Euro, when you ask for a refund, you will receive 7.6 Euro as a net reimbursement. The Euro will be the only currency to be considered as the default one for calculating the refund amount.

- All refund requests should be related to the descriptions of the item(s) you have purchased. If you find that the given descriptions (sample, preview, video, audio, etc.) about the item(s) you intend to buy do not respond to your questions, or do not give you a clear idea about it, we are at your disposal for any requested additional information you need before you confirm your order. So please ask for additional information before order, since no refund requests should be considered based on such reason.

- If for any reason (including, but not limited to technical causes, Internet or server is down) you were not able to obtain your ordered item, we remain at your disposal to assist you in this issue to deliver you rapidly your product. No refund requests should be considered for any circumstance(s) that are out of our control.

- Any kind of sampling (preview, descriptive images, video, audio, etc.) we use to present our products for you, is for demonstrative purposes, and was taken randomly from the original item in order to make our descriptions as accurate as possible. Therefore, you understand and agree that the given descriptions and sampling was clear enough for you, and respond to all your needs about the item you want to buy in order to proceed and confirm your order.

- We reserve the right to deny any refund request(s) made by customers who we believe are abusing our refund policy.

- Once you order any item from our website, you will be automatically redirected to Moneybookers website to proceed and complete the payment step using your Credit/Debit card or your Moneybookers account. - If you are one of our affiliates, you understand and agree that:

* For each generated sale, affiliates' commissions will be calculated according to the given percentage for each item they choose to promote (minus the payment processor's fees);

*Affiliates will receive commissions within 21 days after the end of each month in which the sales were generated;

*If any affiliate(s) were found to be using inappropriate methods to generate sales and committing fraud, their accounts will be suspended and all funds frozen.

*Refunds (when the customers ask for a reimbursement within 7 days after the purchase) will not be considered as generated sales.

*Any given financial earning(s) shown within our website, represent only the financial incomes that any affiliate should receive based on the efforts to generate sales. There is no guarantee that affiliates will make these levels for themselves. As with any business, their results will vary and will be based on their personal abilities, experience, knowledge, capabilities, level of desire, and an infinite number of variables beyond our control, including variables we or they have not anticipated. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success they may experience. Each person's results will vary.
